Cora Alice Branham Hill, age 77, of 1501 Mt. Zion Church Road in Iron Station, died on Monday, October 20, 2014.

Her funeral service will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, October 24, 2014, at Clintwood Baptist Church. Burial will follow in Hill Cemetery in Clintwood, VA. The family will receive friends from 11:00 until 11:45 a.m. prior to the service at the church.

Mrs. Hill was born July 12, 1937, in Clintwood, VA, to the late Ross and Nora Mullins Branham. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Franklin Delano Hill and a sister, Jacqueline Taylor. She worked as a hotel manager and was a devoted and loving grandmom.

She is survived by two daughters, Debora Ray and husband Mitchell of Florida, and Pam Francis and husband Michael of Iron Station; one brother, David Branham of Clintwood, VA; two sisters, Betty Jo Artrip and Bildean Artrip, both of Clintwood, VA; five grandchildren, Michael Francis, Jr., Amanda Francis, Christopher Ray, Brianna Ray, and Cameron Ray; and numerous nieces and nephews.
