Juanita Smith Martin Mosteller, age 79, of 4530 Hunter Rhyne Road in Lincolnton, died on Sunday, October 12, 2014.

Her funeral service will be held at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, October 15, 2014, at Antioch Baptist Church with Rev. Ernest Richards officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 3:00 until 4:15 p.m. prior to the service at the church.

Mrs. Mosteller, affectionately known as ‘Nana”, was born October 28, 1934, in Lincoln county, to the late Robert Albert and Eva Helton Smith. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, James Gordon Martin. She worked as a sewer for Haworth Comforto.

She is survived by a daughter, Tina Davis and husband Raymond of Lincolnton; a granddaughter, Ashan Spillman and husband Jimmy of Claremont; a great-granddaughter, Zoe Spillman of Claremont; and one brother, Jerry Wayne Smith and wife Phyllis of Maiden.
