Joel Mark Foy, age 55, of Lincolnton, died on Thursday, September 11, 2014.
His funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 13, 2014, in the Warlick Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Dr. Andrew Royals officiating. Burial will follow in Hollybrook Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1:00 until 1:45 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home.
Mark was born May 17, 1959, in Gaston county, to Marie Heavner Foy and the late William Norman Foy, Jr. He worked as a machinist for Timken. In addition to his father, he was also preceded in death by a brother, Scott Foy.
He is survived by his mother, Marie H. Foy of Lincolnton.
Memorials may be made to Salem Baptist Church, 1982 Salem Church Road, Lincolnton, NC 28092.
