Gary Wayne Seagle, age 69, of 2337 Johnstown Road in Crouse, died on Saturday, September 6, 2014.

A graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 11, 2014, at Forest Lawn Cemetery with Rev. Michael White officiating. The family will receive friends graveside following the service.

Mr. Seagle was born August 13, 1945, in Lincoln county, to the late Adam and Arlee Taylor Seagle. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his wife, Elizabeth Sanders Seagle and a son, Gary Steve Seagle. He worked at Mohican Mills for 20 years. He enjoyed fishing and playing horseshoes.

He is survived by two sons, Roger Dale Seagle and wife Tina and James J. Seagle and wife Kelly, all of Lincolnton; six grandchildren, Roger Seagle, Dale Seagle, Samuel Seagle, Daniel Seagle, Adam Seagle, and Rachel Seagle; and a brother, Ted Seagle of Lincolnton.
