Obituaries

Mr. Frank Truett Story, age 73, of 286 Trey Trail in Lincolnton, died on Friday, July 18, 2014.

His funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, July 21, 2014, at Westside Baptist Church with Rev. Bud Painter officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 20, 2014, at Warlick Funeral Home.

Mr. Story was born February 17, 1941, in Lincoln County, to the late Frank Grady and Blonnie Long Story. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his wife, Martha Goodson Story. He worked as an installer/foreman for Modern Home Insulation.

He is survived by three daughters, Shasta Story Martin of Lakeland, FL, Trudie Story Cullen of Lincolnton, and Teresa Story Green of North Port, FL; two brothers, Jerry Story and Don Story, both of Lincolnton; six grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
