Ms. Dellinger was born March 16, 1960, in Lincoln county, to the late Annie Mae Fortenberry Dellinger. She worked as a winder in textiles. She is survived by two sons, Tony Dellinger of Virginia and Jessie Dellinger of North Carolina; one brother, Jeffery Dellinger of Raleigh; and one grandchild, Matthew Lee Dellinger.
