Michael Stephen Davis, age 61, of 1554 Pleasant Grove Church Road in Crouse, died on Sunday, April 6, 2014.

His funeral service will be 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 9, 2014, at Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church with Rev. Jim Sanders and Rev. Tim Spencer officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 8, 2014, at Warlick Funeral Home.

Michael was born October 11, 1952, in Lincoln County to the late Sammie S. Davis and Sue Tutherow Davis. He was the co-owner of Davis Brothers Automotive and Fairview Farms.

He is survived by his brother, Randy Davis and wife Teresa of Crouse; his sister, Teressa Meeks and husband Chris of Lincolnton; and nieces and nephews, Randall Davis and wife Sherrie, Kendall Davis and wife Christina, Sadie Wilkinson and husband Michael, Reagan Davis, Shelby Davis, and Lathan, Camden, and Korbyn Sain.
