Pamela Joy Byrd Reeves, age 62, of 715 Sunridge Drive in Lincolnton, died on Tuesday, March 18, 2014.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, March 21, 2014, at Forest Lawn Cemetery with Rev. Bill Bigham officiating.

Mrs. Reeves was born June 17, 1951, in Clinton, NC to Rebecca Craig Byrd and the late L.G. Byrd. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Sgt. David Allen Reeves. She was a homemaker.

She is survived by two sons, David Allen Reeves, Jr. of Lincolnton and Brian Byrd Reeves of Mooresville; her mother, Rebecca C. Byrd of Lincolnton; two sisters, Diane Byrd Nale of Lincolnton and Amy Byrd Reinhardt of Hickory; a grandson, Asher Finley Reeves; two nieces; and three nephews.
