Obituaries

Mrs. Debra Elizabeth Heavner Hull, age 51, of 144 Guy Heavner Road, Lincolnton died Saturday, November 23, 2013.

Her funeral will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 26, 2013 at Reepsville Baptist Church with Rev. Darrell Bost, Rev. Jaie Warlick and Rev. Jeffrey Hull officiating.  Her body will lie in state 30 minutes prior to the service at the church.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Monday at Warlick Funeral Home in Lincolnton.

Mrs. Hull was born on July 14, 1962 in Catawba County.  She worked for over eight years as a paramedic and as a registered nurse at Carolinas Medical Center-Lincoln for seven years.  Mrs. Hull enjoyed serving in her church where she served as a missionary to Guatemala, and also serving other people.  She also enjoyed spending time with her family and her dog, Molly Ann.

Mrs. Hull is survived by her husband, Michael Hull of the home; two sons, Rev. Jeffrey Hull and wife, April of Vale and Bradley Hull of Lincolnton; her parents, Jimmy E. Heavner and Mary Allen Heavner of Lincolnton; her mother-in-law, Muriel Hull of Vale; two sisters, Rebecca Lineberger and husband, Andrew of Lincolnton, and Lycia Conley and husband, Bart of Lincolnton; two grandchildren, Dawson and Jacob Hull.
