Obituaries

Mrs. Martha Jane Terres McGugan, age 65 of 300 Armstrong Circle in High Shoals, NC died on Tuesday, December 25, 2012.

Her funeral will be held at 2:00 pm on Sunday, December 30, 2012 at Webbs Chapel Baptist Church.  Her body will lie in state for 30 minutes prior to the service at the church.   Burial will follow in the church cemetery.  The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00pm on Saturday at Warlick Funeral Home.

Mrs. McGugan was born on August 4, 1947 in Gaston County to the late Ray Theodore and Dorothy Payseur Terres. She was also preceded in death by one son, Randy Scott McGugan , and one brother, Terry Dale Terres.  She was a waitress.

Survivors include one son, Michael Dale McGugan of Lincolnton; two brothers, Donnie Terres and Calvin Terres, both of Lincolnton.
