Hilda Jane Dellinger Elmore, age 71, of 118 Bogey Lane in Lincolnton, died on Monday, March 5, 2012.
Her funeral service will be 2:00 pm on Thursday, March 8, 2012 in the Warlick Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Dr. Andy Royals and Rev. Grady Parker officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12:45 until 1:45 pm prior to the service at the funeral home.
Mrs. Elmore was born June 18, 1940 in Lincoln County to the late Roland and Mary McAlister Dellinger. She worked in real estate.
She is survived by her husband, John R. Elmore of the home; daughter, Teresa Elmore Setzer of Lincolnton; four sisters, Audrey Metcalf of Charlotte, Ann Carpenter of Bakersville, NC, Erma Metcalf of Shelby, and Evelyn Aderholt of Crouse; and one granddaughter, Allesa Elizabeth Setzer of Lincolnton.
